The Influence of Polypropylene Fiber and Silica Fume on the Mechanical Properties of No-Fine Concrete with Recycled Aggregate

No-Fines Concrete is a type of concrete produced without fine aggregate or sand. Because its high porosity, it allows rainwater to seep into the ground, directly replenishing groundwater aquifer. With design load three tons, no-fine can be utilized as pavement for rural roads. Additionally, this sub-base material in both flexible and rigid pavements. Aside from Concrete's permeability properties, asphalt overlays are another option. This research studied impact silica fume polypropylene fiber on properties with recycled aggregate. The ratios cement water were 1:4 0.3, respectively. was demolished reactive powder used percentages 10, 20, 30% substitution coarse by volume. percentage 10% optimal showed least adverse effect mixes. then added mixes 0.5, 1, 1.5% optimum 0.5%, which improved mechanical concrete. Silica partial at mix results show that using 0.5% increased splitting tensile strength, flexural compressive modulus elasticity (22.54 40.32%), (22.22 35%), (21 35.37%), (22 38.19%) compared reference (NC) (RNC10), In comparison, dry density higher (1.34%) than RNC10 lower (0.68%) NC.
